The aim of this regeneration is to provide a much better living environment for existing tenants and those to come.
There is already a strong sense of community at the Sutton Estate and we want to maintain and enhance this. All existing Affinity Sutton tenants will remain on the Estate and will be able to move straight into new homes that meet modern living standards. We encourage all tenants to let us know their preferences and ambitions for the Estate, and we will continue to work closely with tenants as these proposals progress.
Please do keep an eye out for any upcoming activities or updates via this website page, Chelsea Chat newsletters and posters up at the notice boards.
Regular regeneration surgeries are held on the Estate with Natalie and Alecia. Regeneration surgery hours are as follows:

Regeneration Steering Group
At the June 2014 event, we invited Affinity Sutton tenants to join a Steering Group to work with us on our proposals and to ensure that tenants needs and ideas were incorporated.
We are delighted that we now have an active streering group of 20 members, including a representative from the Estate's Resident Association - CATs. Members of the group have an agreed constitution and an elected Chair.
To date, members have taken part in a number of workshops looking at the communal gardens, community centre and apartment layouts and held meetings to discuss how they gather input from other tenants.
Members also spent a day visiting another Affinity Sutton Estate that is currently being regenerated.
A number of road trips have been held to allow Affinity Sutton tenants the opportunity to visit one of our current regeneration schemes.
A series of coffee morning and evening sessions were held in the Sheltered J/K lounge throughout Autumn and Winter 2014.
At the coffee mornings, a number of tenants requested more information on the moving process and rents. We provided hand-outs which are also now available online here.
We held a drop-in event for tenants on 10 September 2015 to update on the planning application and to showcase the submitted designs.
